According to the Grant Agreement any publicity made by the beneficiaries in respect of the project must specify that it reflects only author’s view and that the European Union is not liable for any use that may be made of the information contained therein.  For this purpose the following statement has been added to any to the EHLCATHOL website, and to any public deliverable of EHLCATHOL. The consortium has been advised to use the disclaimer in any other dissemination as well (presentations, posters, etc.) excluding scientific papers.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND EHLCATHOL

The EHLCATHOL Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by EHLCATHOL.

The EHLCATHOL Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the EHLCATHOL Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

EHLCATHOL reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the EHLCATHOL Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the EHLCATHOL Web Site.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS & PRIVACY POLICY (Include Photo Permission)

I consent to be photographed during the any EHLCATHOL’events . I further authorize that the photographs may be published for any purpose and in any form.

Photo Permission

I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
By agreeing this release I understand this permission signifies that photographic of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
This release applies to photographic, collected as part of the EHLCATHOL only.
By agreeing this form I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.

The EHLCATHOL Web Site may contain links to other Web Sites (« Linked Sites »). The Linked Sites are not under the control of EHLCATHOL and EHLCATHOL is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. EHLCATHOL is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. EHLCATHOL has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, EHLCATHOL reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The website reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

EHLCATHOL reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in EHLCATHOL ‘s sole discretion.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

EHLCATHOL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the EHLCATHOL Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Mateo County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the EHLCATHOL Web Site. Use of the EHLCATHOL Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and EHLCATHOL as a result of this agreement or use of the EHLCATHOL Web Site. EHLCATHOL ‘s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of EHLCATHOL ‘s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the EHLCATHOL Web Site or information provided to or gathered by EHLCATHOL with respect to such use.
